Each of our customer service representatives (CSR’s) take ownership of your order from the time the order is initiated until the last part leaves the loading dock. They are your first point of contact and assume responsibility for ensuring your order is correct and on-time through every step of production. Should your priorities change, your customer service representative is your advocate to ensure all changes are completed and the order delivered as expected, no surprises.
